Healthy Salad Dressings
Including salads in your regular meals is one of the simplest ways to stay fit! However, the salad dressing plays a major role in adding taste and also determining the number of calories in any salad.
Salad dressings are super easy to make at home, and I think learning how to make your favorite dressing in your own kitchen is a super useful skill to have.
Remember real food will go bad and these dressings will last for about a week in your fridge. If need be cut the recipe in half or more to make the appropriate amount.
