Supplements E-Shop FAQs

There are 3 different ways of placing an order:

• Through the Internet on www.bodyhubpro.com (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)
• Through the e-mail: bodyhubpro@mail.com
• By telephone on 99 422 439 

a. Choose from our main menu the product category or subcategory from which you would like to purchase items. Once you found the product you desire, just click the "Add to Cart" button on the right side of the item you wish to purchase. Your item then will be automatically added to your cart.

b) You can then either continue shopping and add more items to your basket (same procedure as point 'a'), or proceed to choose a delivery option by clicking on "Go to Checkout". The login page will then open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise you can register at this point

c) You will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart, during your order procedure and prior to your payment through PayPal , by pressing the "Remove from Cart" (x) button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You may also add more products or change the product quantities in your cart

d) Next, you will be redirected to a page where you will choose Shipping Address / Billing Address and then click "Continue"

e) You can now proceed with your payment using PayPal . You will be redirected to the secure page of Paypal and after your successful payment the system will redirect you to our website. You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment.

f) Our system will save your order in your Order History under your account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.

Body Hub Pro can deliver almost anywhere in Cyprus with the assistance of ACS courier company. (Pick up Service)

Next Day Delivery - Monday to Friday
Next working day delivery must be ordered by 11am the previous working day. (Order by 11am Friday to receive your delivery on Monday).
Next Day deliveries are in Cyprus Only. Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.

Body Hub Pro will do everything in its endeavor to abide by the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of

a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by the courier, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
