Healthy Spinach With Scrambled Eggs
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams fresh spinach
- 3 free range eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and drain spinach and then slice.
- Crack the eggs one by one in a separate bowl and then add all together and add a pinch of salt and a freshly ground back pepper. Whisk to compine.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium- high temperature and add the olive oil, add spinach and let it steam by stir it occasionally.
- When the spinach cook, around 7 minutes you add the egg mixture, add a pinch of salt and black ground pepper to taste.
- Stir to coat and combine the eggs with the spinach. Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
