Simple Roasted Chicken
When making the choice between chicken breast and whole chicken meat, the difference in fat content is not substantial. Avoid the skin and you have a healthy choice for you and the whole family!! No need to spend a ton of money to buy just chicken breast … whole chicken is tastier value for money and easy to cook!
1. Rub the chicken with a tea spoon of olive oil
2. Toss with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano
3. Insert a thermometer into a meaty part of the leg and bake uncovered .When the temperature reaches 75°Celsius you are done!
