Sticky seeded salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 200C/180C
- In a small bowl mix honey, soy sauce and sesame oil then brush each salmon fillet and sprinkle on some black pepper and salt.
- Mix the seed in a small bowl, and then press the seeds on each salmon fillet.
- Transfer to a baking tray and bake for about 15 mins, depending on the thickness of the fish, until the fish is cooked through and the seeds crunchy.
- Serve with brown rice.
