Sticky seeded salmon

Sticky seeded salmon

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 salmon fillets 
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C 
  2. In a small bowl mix honey, soy sauce and sesame oil then brush each salmon fillet and sprinkle on some black pepper and salt.
  3. Mix the seed in a small bowl, and then press the seeds on each salmon fillet.
  4. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for about 15 mins, depending on the thickness of the fish, until the fish is cooked through and the seeds crunchy.
  5. Serve with brown rice.
