Guacamole Protein Booster

4  INGREDIENTS

  1.   2 ripe avocados.
  2.  1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt.
  3.  1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice or lemon juice.
  4.  2 Tbsp of minced red onion or thinly sliced green onion.
  5.  2 Tbsp  bell peppes , stems and seeds removed, minced.
  6.  2 tablespoons cilantro (leaves and tender stems), finely chopped.
  7.  A dash of freshly grated black pepper.
  8.  A dash of ground cumin
  9.  2 hard-boiled eggs
  10.  Ryvita Rye crispbread
