Try this to distract yourself from unhealthy snacks!! ![]()
Peel and cut carrots and celery into sticks or whatever thickness you want!
Fill a Tupperware with clean water and the juice of one fresh squeezed lemon. Place in the refrigerator. Change out water once a day.
Carrots and celery will keep fresh and superbly crunchy for up to a week this way. ![]()
