Weight management does not include fad diets that promote quick, temporary weight loss. It focuses on the long-term results that are achieved through slow weight loss, followed by retention of an ideal body weight for age, sex and height.

During the first session, we will study the individual’s medical-nutritional history, create a nutrition plan based on the individual’s habits and preferences, and set targets.

Sessions are held at regular intervals to provide the individual with support.
