INGREDIENTS
For Chicken:
- 1/2 kg boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
For the garnish:
- 1 fresh lemon or lime wedges
- 8 small soft or hard shell tacos
For the topping salad:
- 1 tomato cut into small tubes
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- fresh cilantro
- salt
- Fresh Lime juice
For the Garlic yogurt sauce:
- 250gr 0% fat yogurt
- 2 smash garlic gloves
- Juice of 1 lime
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs and seasonings. Mix well to coat.
2. In a large skillet add oil, cook chicken over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until cook. Remove and add the lime juice and mix well, keep warm.
3. Spoon filling down the canter of tacos, garnish with yogurt garlic sauce, and the tomato, onion salad
4. Serve with side lemon or lime wedges.
* Optional toppings (Guacamole, salsa, avocado slices, light sour cream, light yogurt, hot sauce )
