Sweet Corn Soup

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or your favorite sweetener)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • tiny pinch cardamon 
  • 2 teaspoon raisins

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.  Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 5 days.
