Feta Cheese Rice cake 

  • 1 Plain rice cake
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  •  70 gr Light Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  •  Dry Oregano

 

Bell Pepper & Cheese Rice cake 

  • 1 Plain rice cake
  • 1 Fresh Mushroom, sliced
  • 50 gr Red or Orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pesto Genovese
  • 70 gr Light Edam cheese 

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Add the toppings to each  rice cake 

2. Cook in a preheated oven top grill for 4-5 minutes.

3. Served Hot
