These programs allow access to personal training without the price tag. Basically, affordable training with the added camaraderie from training alongside others in a motivating environment. If you enjoy the atmosphere and support of training in a group but you are also looking for a personal touch to your training, then this is for you. With small group classes of a maximum of 4 people per session, you get the attention you need to ensure results.
