1. Guest posts must be at least 350 words in length and be on a topic related to health and fitness.

2. Content has to be original and not duplicated, it must not have been previously published on another site including your own blog. Any plagiarised or duplicate content that is discovered will be removed immediately.

3. Content needs to include at least one high quality image relevant to the topic you have written about.

4. We reserve the right to edit any guests posts (normally for grammatical reasons)

5. Currently we don’t require payment for guest posts from individuals . 

6. If you are a business / brand then please contact me for rates.
