Instant Healthy Treat
Instant microwave healthy treat!!Protein overdose!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oats
1 medium-size banana
1 egg
1tsp low-fat yoghurt
1/2 tsp Chia seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
A drop of vanilla extract
Pitch of salt
Walnuts or Almonds
Honey for topping
DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend
Crease a small microwave ball
Bake for 4minute in microwave "cook program"
Serve warm or cold with walnuts or almonds and honey
