Mediterranean Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 250gr pork chops
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 80 ml balsamic vinegar
- 3 gloves of garlic
- 1 tea spoon black peppercorns
- 1 tea spoon salt
- fresh thyme
- fresh oregano
- fresh rosemary
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients except pork chops ine a large bawl and whisk together.
2. Place the pork chops in a large ziplock bag and pour the marination over the pork chops
3. Seal the bag, squeezing out all the air. Move the pork chops around until they are evenly coated.
4. Refrigerate for at east 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
5. Drain the pork chops and place them i a cooking rack.
6. Cook in a preheated oven for 12 minutes in 200 decree Celsius, then continue cooking for 5 more minutes in a grill mode.
7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 3 to 5 minute covered
8. Serve with rice or jacket potato and fresh salad
