Healthy Tuna Wrap With A Twist
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Large wheat tortilla
- 1 Small Tuna in water, drained
- 60gr 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 Teaspoon caper
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the tuna, yogurt, Dijon mustard, chopped walnuts, capers, egg, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix with a fork until evenly combined.
- Place the romaine lettuce leaves in the center of the flour tortilla, then dump the tuna fish salad right on top of the lettuce.
- Fold the tortilla over the salad and then push gently but firmly with your hand to form a roll.
- Tuck the ends in and then finish rolling the tortilla into a tight wrap.
- Slice on a diagonal and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic film and consume within a day.
