Chicken Tikka Masala Kebab

INGREDIENTS
- 400 gr chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 large yellow onion, cut into cubes
- 200 gr 0% fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Into a mixing bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, oil, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. After adding all the ingredients mix it nicely.
2. Add Chicken cubes and onions to the masala mixture and coat well with the mixture.
3. Let it marinate for minimum 30 -60 minutes, for best results marinate it overnight in the refrigerator.
4. After marinating the chicken arrange them on a skewer, alternately place the onions.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrease Celsius and arrange skewers it to a cooking rack.
6. Bake for 20-25 minute.
7. Serve hot with salad or steamed rice
* Optional ( bell peppers, ginger )
