Healthy Tuna Wrap With A Twist

 

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 Large wheat tortilla 
  • 1 Small Tuna in water, drained 
  • 60gr 0% fat Greek yogurt  
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 Teaspoon caper
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves​
  • Salt and pepper to taste  

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the tuna, yogurt, Dijon mustard, chopped walnuts, capers, egg, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with a fork until evenly combined.
  3. Place the romaine lettuce leaves in the center of the flour tortilla, then dump the tuna fish salad right on top of the lettuce.
  4. Fold the tortilla over the salad and then push gently but firmly with your hand to form a roll.
  5. Tuck the ends in and then finish rolling the tortilla into a tight wrap.
  6. Slice on a diagonal and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic film and consume within a day.
