Zipper Bag Omelette
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Free Range Eggs
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 medium mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon black olives sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional
Bell peppers, onions, light cheese, spinach, etc
DIRECTIONS
- Cut, Chop, Shred ... Prepare the fillings you want in your omelet.
- Boil water in a large pot or pan
- Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat eggs with a whisk or fork—like you would for scrambled eggs, add the chopped fillings and whisk.
- Place the omelet filling into the freezer bag. Close the bag and mix all of the ingredients and eggs together by gently shaking the bag.
- Place the bag into the boiling water for about 12 minutes.
- Remove bag from the water. Open bag, dump eggs onto a plate and serve.
