Garlic tomato green beans
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr frozen green beans
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped or thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 2 small plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS

Steam the green beans or blanch them in a pot of boiling water for 1-2 minutes until they are bright green and firm. Drain and run under cold water.

Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat and onion and cook for 1 minute; add garlic and cook for one more minute and then add paprika, green beans and tomatoes

Cook for another 1-2 minutes until beans are tender but firm; then season with paprika, salt and pepper.
