Zipper Bag Omelette

Zipper Bag Omelette

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 Free Range Eggs
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 medium mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon black olives sliced 
  • Salt and pepper to taste  

 

Optional

Bell peppers, onions, light cheese, spinach, etc  

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut, Chop, Shred ... Prepare the fillings you want in your omelet.
  2. Boil water in a large pot or pan
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat eggs with a whisk or fork—like you would for scrambled eggs, add the chopped fillings and whisk.
  4. Place the omelet filling into the freezer bag. Close the bag and mix all of the ingredients and eggs together by gently shaking the bag.
  5. Place the bag into the boiling water for about 12 minutes.
  6. Remove bag from the water. Open bag, dump eggs onto a plate and serve.
