Oven Baked Potatoes Wedges

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Medium size boiled potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon dry rosemary
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 chili powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cut each potato in wedges, 8 or 12 wedges depend on the size
- In a medium bowl mix, all the herbs and spices to combine
- In a large mixing bowl add potatoes wedges and the olive oil, toss together to coat evenly
- In a large baking tray arrange potatoes in a single layer and then sprinkle with herbs and spices mixture to coat evenly
- Baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 35 minute, turning the wedges halfway through baking time.
